Tailored to You
If you are coming to therapy with specific difficulties which may not be listed above, please reach out so we can discuss if I am able to support you.
Due to my background in social work, I have used many approaches to work with families from systemic, strengths-based and person centred and do incorporate these in my current work as needed. However, my current work is underpinned by attachment theory. I am currently a trainee at the Bowlby centre studying attachment-based psychoanalytic therapy.
