My name is Humera and I would like to tell you little bit about who I am and what I offer. 

I hope to offer a safe, confidential and comfortable environment to allow the mind and body to heal.  I work from an attachment-based perspective offering psychotherapy and work with individuals from the age of 18. My practise is located in Berkshire.
